These files are complete TEXT FILE downloads for all records in each of the three databases - covered entity, contract pharmacy, and manufacturer. These downloads are in the enhanced database format.

The “Real-time Report” option provides you with the most current data available from the OPA Databases.

If you want reports for a selected group of records, you may generate them by going to the applicable database and making your criteria selection on those pages.
