• distribution of registered consolidated health center covered entity organizations by State
• distribution of registered consolidated health center covered entity sites by State
• distribution of registered DSH covered entity organizations by State and urban/rural location
• distribution of registered DSH covered entity sites by State and urban/rural location
• participation of 340B Program covered entities in the Prime Vendor Program (PVP)
